Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth business processes.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve organizational goals.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Experience in sales and customer service is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch performance.
