📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and monitor cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and cash reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to cash handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to branch managers and customers.
- Prepare and maintain accurate cash reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with the BSP to ensure smooth cash operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of cash handling procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor junior staff on cash handling and banking operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cash management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cash handling and banking operations.
- Strong knowledge of cash management systems and tools such as SAP Cash Management, Oracle Cash Management, or similar.
- Certification in cash handling and banking operations (e.g., Certified Cash Manager, Certified Banking Professional).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
