📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections and tests on incoming materials and finished products.,Monitor and maintain quality control standards and procedures.,Identify and document quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.,Maintain and update quality control records and reports.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control in a manufacturing environment.,Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.,Experience with quality control software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
