📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the F&B department, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and cost control.
• Manage and train a team of 20+ staff, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement menu strategies to meet guest preferences and market trends.
• Monitor food and beverage costs, ensuring profitability and compliance with budgetary requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure seamless integration of F&B services with overall guest experience.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of quality and service.
• Leverage POS systems like Micros and inventory management tools like SAP to streamline operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior F&B management role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing F&B operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage costing, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
