HR Business Partner (HRBP)

We are looking for a passionate HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy. As an HRBP, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, fostering a culture of engagement and growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, managing employee relations, and driving talent acquisition and development. You will work with a variety of stakeholders, including department heads, managers, and employees, to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges.
• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Drive talent acquisition and development initiatives to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide HR consulting and support to business units as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in HR Business Partnering.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis.
• Certification in HR or a related field is a plus.
