VERTEX Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Field Sales to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
