📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees.,Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on IT equipment.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Monitor and optimize network performance.,Provide technical support to remote employees.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Document all technical activities and maintain records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technician or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
