📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.🛠️ Keahlian
