Sentral Indra Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Assistant Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals for our patients and staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu.,Ensure that all meals are prepared and served on time.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary meals for patients.,Participate in inventory management and food ordering.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
