📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and leading a team of professionals.,Coordinate and supervise daily operations and activities.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance.,Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure targets are met.,Foster a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Support the Section Head in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
