📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Ensure that food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.,Keep up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines and customer expectations.,Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are properly stored and used.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef in a similar role.,Proven track record of creating and executing delicious meals.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work efficiently under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and food cost control.,Ability to train and mentor junior staff members.,Passionate about culinary arts and committed to quality.
