You will also be involved in drafting and reviewing contracts, resolving disputes, and handling cross-border legal matters. As the Head of Legal at MatchaTalent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our legal strategy and ensuring that our operations are fully compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with our executive team to provide legal guidance and support, and you will be responsible for managing a team of legal professionals. This role requires a deep understanding of Chinese law and a strong ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.
In your daily work, you will be involved in a wide range of legal activities, including but not limited to, corporate governance, capital market compliance, contract drafting and review, dispute resolution, and cross-border legal matters. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest legal developments and trends, and for providing training and development opportunities for your team.

- Lead the legal team and provide strategic legal guidance to the executive team
- Ensure compliance with capital market regulations and corporate governance requirements
- Draft and review contracts and agreements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a legal role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
- Strong knowledge of Chinese law and capital market regulations
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Experience in corporate governance and compliance
- Experience in contract drafting and review
- Experience in dispute resolution
- Experience in managing cross-border legal matters
