Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific section within the company,Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance,Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Representing the section in meetings with senior management,Identifying and addressing operational challenges and opportunities,Monitoring section performance metrics and reporting to senior management,Ensuring the section's budget is managed effectively and efficiently

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role,Strong understanding of company operations and processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proven ability to develop and manage a team,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
