📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations to ensure smooth daily activities.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.,Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock replenishment.,Support the Store Operator in implementing sales strategies and promotions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive work environment.,Perform cash handling duties accurately and securely.,Assist in organizing and participating in store events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office software.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
