📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records and HR data using BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
