📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.,Monitor and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet high standards.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Implement and maintain safety protocols in the production area to ensure a secure working environment.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of production data and generate reports for management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of production processes.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in production management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the electronics industry.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
