Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks,Provide technical support to employees,Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware,Monitor system performance and security,Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions,Document IT processes and procedures,Participate in IT projects and initiatives,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems,Understanding of networking concepts and protocols,Experience with IT security best practices,Good communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
