📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and promote products.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize sales.,Organize and participate in store promotions and events to drive customer engagement and sales.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
