📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the store and its products.,Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.,Train and mentor junior receptionists.,Resolve guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary.,Promote store products and services to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
