📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.
• Ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and tracked using our inventory management system.
• Supervising and training warehouse staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Implementing and enforcing warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
• Working with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that we have adequate stock to meet customer demand.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Ensuring that all warehouse equipment and facilities are in good working order and maintained according to manufacturer's specifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
