Up Base Pratama is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our patients, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each patient.,Monitor and maintain a clean and organized patient care environment, following infection control protocols.,Assist with patient education, teaching them about their health conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.,Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.,Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare practices, technologies, and regulations to provide the best possible care to patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.,Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical terminology.,Ability to lift and move patients, as well as other heavy objects, up to 20 pounds.,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
