📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and adherence to pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Provide patient counseling and education on medication use, side effects, and proper storage.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, order medications, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of vaccines and other pharmaceutical products.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless medication management and patient care.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting, preferably in a hospital or clinic environment.
• Valid pharmacy license and certification from the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Association (IAP).
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software such as Medispan or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
