📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality products and services.,Negotiate contracts and purchase orders to secure the best possible terms.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring that orders are placed on time and within budget.,Conduct regular supplier audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Liaise with internal teams to understand their needs and ensure that procurement activities support business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the procurement field.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools, such as SAP or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the procurement field.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
