📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operation and adherence to schedules.,Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on finished products.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the production industry.,Proven track record of managing production processes and meeting quality standards.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to travel and work outside of regular business hours when necessary.,Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred but not required).
