PT Cipta Otoman is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring our products meet market demands. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere, but with the requirement to be based in Kupang.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) or passport.
