AYSN Group of Companies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Retail Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail outlets. If you are passionate about retail and have a strong customer service orientation, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate sales activities and promotions to drive sales growth.,Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory levels and order new stock as needed.,Train and mentor retail staff to maintain high service standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the retail operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or retail operations role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations as required.
