We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Set Accountant to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Payroll. This is an independent role that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management and have a significant impact on the financial health of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the entire accounting process, including AP, AR, GL, and Payroll.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts.,Process and manage payroll for the organization, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and documents.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-set accounting, with a focus on AP, AR, GL, and Payroll.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices in Indonesia.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
