As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes provided.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing daily food operations.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
