📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation.,Ensure that technical documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product changes.,Review and edit technical documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Work with graphic designers and other team members to create visually appealing and informative documentation.,Provide technical support to customers and users through documentation and other resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with documentation management systems.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
