The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, logistics, and a proven track record in leading a team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory.,Develop and implement inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage procurement and receiving of goods.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.,Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory management and control systems.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.,Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
