• Prepare and serve food and beverages with precision and efficiency
• Assist in cash handling and transaction processing
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, equipment, and restrooms
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and food safety, following all company policies and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and positive experiences
• Adhere to company procedures and protocols, including inventory management and restocking
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a frontline food and beverage role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to travel between locations as required
