📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist patients and visitors with check-ins and check-outs, using our hospital management system (HMS).
• Provide information about our services, facilities, and policies in Russian and English.
• Answer inquiries from patients, families, and visitors, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Assist with translation services for non-English and non-Russian speaking patients.
• Support the front desk team in maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve communication skills.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and confidentiality guidelines.
• Contribute to the overall patient experience by being friendly, patient, and professional.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Russian and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian is beneficial but not required.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
• Willingness to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
