📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
2. Manage a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow.
3. Create and maintain a menu that reflects the restaurant's unique identity and appeals to the local market.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food handling standards.
5. Monitor and control costs, ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably.
6. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a similar establishment.
2. A strong understanding of the local market and customer preferences.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. A passion for food and hospitality, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
