As an Assistant Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with PUMA’s retail standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Manage inventory levels and stock rotations to maintain optimal merchandise availability.
- Conduct regular store audits to assess compliance with PUMA’s retail standards.
- Lead and mentor store managers and staff to drive team performance.
- Collaborate with regional and national teams to implement best practices and initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the store environment.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations management.
- Proven track record of leading and managing retail teams.
- Strong knowledge of retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Certification in Retail Management or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
